How to Log In and Troubleshoot Access to the FIFA Volunteer Platform
*Log in (web)
1. Open the official FIFA Volunteer Platform.
2. Click Log in / Sign in.
3. Enter the same email you used when you registered and your password, then Next.
4. If you’re brand-new, first click Join the FIFA Volunteer Community and create your account, then come back and log in. (In the community, you’ll later see Join Tournament for applications.)
*Forgot password
1. On the login page, click Forgot your password?
2. Enter your registered email and choose Send me a link.
3. Open the email you receive and follow the link to set a new password (check Spam/Junk if you don’t see it).
✅ you already registered but the page/dashboard doesn’t show
Try these quick fixes (in this order):
Refresh + try Incognito/Private window, or a different browser (Chrome/Edge). Clear cache/cookies if needed.
Turn off VPN/ad-blockers and make sure JavaScript is enabled.
Complete your profile in the Volunteer Community, then look for Join Tournament to see applications/tasks.
If the website is busy or glitchy, try the FIFA Volunteer Community mobile app (iOS/Android) and log in there; it uses the same account.
